| An overseas volunteer receives an appropriate orientation in Nepali language and culture, in Kathmandu or in the surrounding villages and cities. | |
The volunteer will then be placed with a Nepali family in a village or an urban area, while fulfilling the programme of his or her choice. One of NRO Staff will support the volunteer through regular visits, e-mail and telephone contacts.
